iPhone Artistry is a 2-hour workshop designed to teach photo-creatives a variety of photo-app related techniques, along with insights on creative-process. The workshop begins with an instructive slide presentation along with examples, and instructions on how to creatively integrate and use various apps to change the aesthetics and overall ambiance of your imagery. Smartphone apps enable and empower creative minds to extensively illustrate and affect imagery. iPhone Artistry focuses on the creative process and digital techniques that provide participants new insights and a host of tools to expand their creative potentials. Participants will first learn a photo-workflow using Snapseed, a fantastic app that enables you to fine-tune and adjust; white balance, saturation, contrast, shadow/highlights, sharpen, correct distortion, and much more. Instructions continue with demos of how apps like Lens Light, Alien Sky, Union, Lens FX, Slow Shutter, Pro Camera, Photo Wizard, and more can be used to creatively affect the outcome of your final imagery. The creative possibilities are endless once you become familiar with and accustom to using your imagination in tandem with smartphone apps.
